I had to call this company for my Mom who has had their cable.I started paying her bills and noticed she had internet and she doesn't even have a computer!

I called to have removed and rep apologized and said it was some type of special. I asked my Mom and she stated she got a call a while back from someone who stated she could have internet for about same price she was paying and to get her own box? She said no, she didn't have computer, but there it is on her bill!

They slammed her and I know that's illegal!I told her to go with a dish and I would pay.

The sales team is trained to do this. They try and sneak phone service onto every new customers acct. Better watch her bill for any charges that she didnt agree too

You should report this to the FCC. This is slamming & the FCC doesn't tolerate it! This company needs to have serious fines levied against for the sales practices it allows!
