Vyve Broadband - Cable isnt working in my apt. all my neighbors have it.

Vyve Broadband - Slow and does not reach the entire house

I live in a small 2 bed room home. There is no reason that my wifi shouldn't reach from the living room into the bedroom (roughly 30 foot). This is ridiculous.

I have had to call back week after week cause when told they would call me back would never happen I am in the customer service industry and calling and communication is key to good customer relationships as I sit on hold trying to talk to a manager I am writing this cause emails been set no return calls
