Consistently going out of service - not good business. loss of revenue for the company - they won't be around for long.
Channels not accessible for long periods of time. Call in to report trouble -- customer is obligated to trouble shoot the problem and if customer is unable to resolve, its days before he shows up without notice and the customer is not home.
the service man leaves a note for customer to call back in and endure the long wait on the telephone to go through all the prompts. Outages are perpetual - sick and tired of it!!!
