About two months ago I had cable internet installed in my lake cabin using Vyve, the installer setup connectivity. As part of the installation process he stretched a cable across my lawn, Vyve assured me the installer would return in a week or two to bury the cable.

TWO MONTHS later, Vyve has not returned and continue to blame the fact that they use a third party vendor to bury the lines. While I'm happy with the internet service, I'm very unhappy with Vyve's follow-up and job completion!

I've reached out multiple times to Vyve, and while their Customer Service team is polite I'm frustrated that they're blaming their third party they've hired to bury the line. Stop making excuses and get the job done!

Had the same thing happen to me. One of my friends decided to leave his cable on the ground and would cut it in two each time he mowed the lawn.

Then he would call about his Internet being out.

After 3 times, they buried his cable.

I did not do that, I was building a house so after a few weeks, I called my builder back and he buried it for me. Nice guy.
